The solid dispersion technology has been widely used to improve the bioavailability of drugs with low solubility. The conventional production method, the drug is administered in an inert carrier at solid state prepared by melting, but their commercial use has been limited, primarily because of manufacturing difficulties and stability problems.
The manufacturing process requires an organic solvent and need devices with explosion-proof,so it reduce security.
High cost for organic solvents, pollution, special equipments for recycling.
It is very difficult to control manufacturing process for products and equipments.
We modified the existing method and developed the new method, it can be employed successfully for improvement of manufacturing and product stability. The improved technology is the subject of state granted patents.
